Ellen Jones

Ellen Jones is a seasoned human resources professional with over three decades of experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at RCS since 2009, Ellen specializes in employee relations, HRIS, staffing, onboarding, management skill development, compensation, and compliance with regulatory standards. Previously, Ellen held the position of Human Resources Director at Alien Technology from 2001 to 2008, where responsibilities included managing compensation and benefits and preparing data for the Board of Directors. Earlier experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager, II at Philips - Silicon Valley Center, focusing on management training and succession planning, and Regional Employee Relations Manager at Sony Corporation of America, where support for a joint venture with QUALCOMM was a key function. Ellen earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Simmons University between 1979 and 1982.
