Lucas Elliott

Lucas Elliott, PhD, MPH has extensive work experience in research, advising, and board membership. Lucas currently serves as the Head of Research at Rebel, where they previously held the positions of Research Strategist and Associate Researcher. Lucas is also a Startup Advisor at Happy Valley LaunchBox powered by PNC Bank and a Board Member at Penn State College of Health and Human Development. Lucas has been a board member at Penn State College of Medicine, overseeing the MPH and DrPH programs and collaborating with various stakeholders to improve the curriculum. Lucas has also worked as a Research Associate and Teaching Assistant at Penn State University, managing multiple projects and conducting research related to public health and behavioral psychology. Additionally, they have served as a Policy Analyst / Research Consultant at the League of American Bicyclists.

Lucas Elliott, PhD, MPH obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology: Movement Science from Penn State University between 2015 and 2019. Lucas further pursued their education at The Graduate School at Penn State, where they completed a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Psychology of Behavior from 2019 to 2022. Additionally, Lucas earned a Master of Public Health - MPH in Community and Behavioral Health from Penn State College of Medicine, starting in 2019 and graduating in 2021.
