Sharon Dawson has a diverse work experience in the customer service industry. Sharon most recently worked at Rebel Energy UK as the Chief Customer Experience Officer. Prior to that, they were employed at Together - loans, mortgages & finance, where they served as the Change Director and later as the Head of Customer Operations. Before that, they worked at OVO Energy as the Head of Customer Care, Head of Operations, and Head of Customer Experience. Additionally, Sharon worked at Vodafone as the Head of Customer Relations and Senior Manager, Transaction Delivery. Sharon started their career at First Direct, where they held various roles including Head of Banking Services, Change and Resource Leader, Customer Services Manager, Global Programme Manager, Business Project Manager, IT Project Manager, IT Project Leader, IT Helpdesk Analyst, and Financial Services Representative.

Sharon Dawson attended The University of Huddersfield from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained a Ba HONS degree in Computing in Business. Later on, from 2002 to 2003, they pursued further education at the University of Leeds, earning a PGCE degree in Business Excellence.
