Rebel Legion
C. Stephen Campbell, BSc, P.Eng, is a seasoned municipal engineer with extensive experience in civil engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Municipal Engineer at McElhanney since April 2022, Campbell has held various roles in professional sports officiating since 2001, including positions with Athletics Canada and the International Bobsleigh & Skeleton Federation. Campbell is also the CEO of Cam Sròn Caimbeulach (CSC) Enterprises and has participated in multiple volunteer roles, such as a trooper with the 501st Legion and Rebel Legion. Previous engagements include acting as a background performer in an HBO production and working as a civil engineer at Associated Engineering. Campbell holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Alberta and has a certificate from Prairie College.
