Lucas de Carvalho Rodrigues da Silva has a strong background in software engineering and development, with experience in various roles and companies. Lucas is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at RebelMouse since 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Staff Software Engineer at AlayaCare from 2021 to 2022, where they were responsible for designing and implementing a new marketplace-like project architecture, working closely with the product manager, and mentoring the team. Lucas' earlier experience includes working as a Python Engineer at the Universidade de São Paulo from 2017 to 2019, where they expanded the PyMR framework for Magnetic Resonance and integrated it into real magnetic resonance hardware. Lucas also developed the PyMR framework and integrated it with the world's first modular Magnetic Resonance hardware during their time as a Python Developer at the same institution from 2014 to 2017. Additionally, they developed a dynamic generated GUI with QT using PyQt and PySide for cross-platform desktop interface and created abstractions for components of an MRI system. Throughout their career, Lucas has demonstrated a strong ability to work in multidisciplinary teams, utilize agile methodologies, and deliver high-quality code.
