Tomás Mora

Tomás Mora has extensive experience in project coordination and management in the field of youth entrepreneurship and development. Tomás has served as the Director of European Funds & Projects at Poligest Asesoría y Fincas since February 2021. Prior to this, they were the Head of Experiential Learning & Facilitation at RebelBase starting from September 2019. Tomás also has experience as the Lead Project Manager at Youth BCN, where they were responsible for creating, coordinating, and implementing EU projects within the framework of various programs such as Erasmus+ and Horizon 2020. Before that, they were the European Project Coordinator at Sal Fuera Elx, where they founded the association and helped youth with self-empowerment and career development. Tomás also held a similar role as the European Project Coordinator at Eurocaleta, where they empowered the youth of Cádiz through training activities and workshops on entrepreneurship and employability. Additionally, Tomás worked as a freelance consultant in youth projects at I.D.E.A Greece and as the Youth Projects Coordinator at Ajuntament d'Elx, where they coordinated and implemented various youth activities and facilitated learning opportunities.

Tomás Mora obtained a degree in Tourism and Public Relations from I.E.S. Tirant Lo Blanch in the years 2000 to 2002. Following that, they pursued a Foreign Language Teaching degree at Universitat d'Alacant from 2005 to 2008, specializing in teaching English or French as a foreign language.
