Ryan Brummond

Ryan Brummond currently serves as Vice President Solutions for the Global English Region at Awesome CX, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this role, Ryan held various leadership positions, including Vice President of Strategic Account Management at Qualfon and Senior Vendor Manager for Customer Care at Carvana. Ryan's extensive experience in client solutions and business development is further demonstrated through roles at 24-7 Intouch, where Ryan was Vice President Solutions and Director of Partner Channel, and in previous positions at Sitel Corporation and EPIC Connections. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Communications from South Dakota State University, earned between 1996 and 2000.
