Miana Nicoleta Florian has over a decade of professional experience with a strong background in marketing, human resources, and sustainability. Currently serving as a Sustainability Officer and Marketing Specialist at RebelDot since March 2016, Miana previously held roles at Imprezzio Global as an Office Administrator and Marketing Assistant and at AMM Design as an Account Manager, focusing on client relations. Miana’s early career included positions as an HR Director Assistant at Terapia Ranbaxy, an HR Assistant at Nokia, and a Brand Ambassador at Japan Tobacco International. Miana holds a Master's Degree in Entrepreneurship from the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca and a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and PR from Babes Bolyai University.
