Roxana Turos

Roxana Turos is the Chief People Officer at RebelDot, a position held since June 2024, focusing on talent development, workplace culture, and strategic planning to create an empowering environment for employees. Prior to this, Roxana served in various HR roles at RebelDot from January 2014 to June 2022, and at Imprezzio Global, managing comprehensive HR operations. Roxana's early career includes leadership roles at AIESEC in Chile and Cluj Napoca, where achievements centered on recruitment, talent management, and organizational development. Roxana holds a master's degree in Human Resources and Organizational Health and a bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Babeș-Bolyai University.
