Ingwell Kuil is an experienced professional in impact management and development finance, currently serving as an Impact Management Expert at Rebel since March 2022. Previously, Ingwell co-founded Sustainable Links and held significant roles at GuarantCo, including Head of Development Impact, focusing on poverty reduction through financial system development. With a background at Cardano Development as SVP of Development and External Affairs, Ingwell specialized in financial risk management for underserved markets.
