Annette Ayala-Martinez

Annette brings more than twenty-four years of expertise in Medicare Advantage enrollment, appeals and grievances, provider disputes, and Medicare operations. Annette’s expertise includes developing and implementing Medicare training programs, process improvements, and providing managerial and operational experience to health plan Appeal & Grievance and Enrollment departments, as well as streamlining the Provider Dispute Reconsideration Resolution (PDRR) process.

With a strong managerial background, as a consultant she has assisted several Medicare Advantage organizations, ranging in size from small to national, in interim Director positions to train and provide guidance to department management and staff to ensure that they meet CMS requirements.
