Shivika Nigam

Shivika Nigam has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Beginning in 2010, they interned at Oriental Bank of Commerce. In 2013, they worked as a Course Facilitator at AAM Foundation - an NGO. Shivika then joined NTPC as an Intern in 2014. In 2015, they became a Management Trainee HR Generalist at Investeurs Consulting Pvt Ltd. From 2016 to 2018, they served as an Assistant Manager Human Resources at COWI. In 2019, they joined ReBIT | Reserve Bank Information Technology Pvt Ltd as a Senior Talent Partner. Shivika subsequently transitioned to the role of Human Resources Business Partner in 2021 and currently holds the position of Lead Human Resources Business Partner.
