Andre Beduschi has extensive experience in program management and engineering roles in the automotive industry. Andre is currently the Head of Planning & Program Management at Re:Build Manufacturing, where they oversee the Re:Car project. Before that, they worked at Canoo as the Vice President of Program Management Office (PMO).

Prior to their current positions, Andre held various leadership roles at different companies. Andre was the Senior Director of Program Management/Launch/PLM at Lordstown Motors Corporation and the Director of Vehicle Integration, Certification, and Program Management. Andre also worked as a Senior Manager at the EDAG Group, where they focused on engineering, vehicle integration, and program management.

At BYTON, Andre served as Senior Manager of Vehicle Architecture & Ergonomics, leading a global team of engineers to create a vehicle architecture that aligned with the company's vision of smart and intuitive electric vehicles.

Before BYTON, they were the Senior Manager of Vehicle Integration at Karma Automotive LLC and had significant responsibilities in the integration of various vehicle systems.

Andre's career started at Ford Motor Company, where they held multiple roles, including Body Exterior Closure Systems Integration Supervisor, Advanced Engineering Supervisor, Program Manager, Chassis System Engineer, 6-Sigma Black Belt, and Product Engineering Design Leader. During this time, they led and managed various projects and teams, focusing on designing, developing, and launching new products and improvements.

Andre Beduschi pursued their education in engineering, specializing in Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineering. Starting in 1997, they attended the University of Michigan, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (B.S.E.) degree.

After acquiring their undergraduate degree, Andre Beduschi sought further education to enhance their qualifications. From 2005 to 2007, they attended Wayne State University, where they pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree with a focus on Engineering Management.

In addition to their academic achievements, Andre Beduschi also obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from Ford Motor Company in June 2002, showcasing their expertise in process improvement and problem-solving methodologies.
