Andrea Lehtonen

Andrea Lehtonen has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Their most recent position was as a Controller at Re:Build Manufacturing since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Financial Controller at BioWorks Inc. from October 2021 to January 2023.

Before joining BioWorks Inc., Andrea held various roles at IDEX Corporation from December 2017 to June 2021. Andrea served as the Director of Finance for IDEX Health and Science from February 2019 to June 2021, and as the Division Controller and Finance Manager for IDEX Health and Science from December 2017 to January 2019.

Earlier in their career, Andrea worked at VWR, part of Avantor, where they held multiple positions, including Manager of Corporate Finance Planning and Analysis for the Science Education Division from January 2016 to October 2017, Manufacturing Operations Manager from November 2013 to January 2016, and Accounting Manager from January 2007 to November 2013.

Andrea also served as the Controller and Human Resources Manager at Pride Signs from January 2006 to January 2007, and as a Financial Analyst at Essex Partners Inc. from July 2002 to January 2006.

Andrea began their career as a Staff Accountant and Financial Analyst at John Hancock in June 1999 and worked there until July 2002.

Throughout their career, Andrea Lehtonen has gained extensive experience in finance management, accounting, and financial analysis.

Andrea Lehtonen holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Economics from the University of Waterloo. Andrea also obtained a Green Belt certification from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 2015.
