Jeffrey Zendler

Jeffrey Zendler has extensive work experience in the automotive industry, specializing in exterior lighting. Jeffrey currently holds the position of Lead Lighting Engineer at Re:Build Manufacturing, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Engineer, Exterior Lighting at Lordstown Motors Corporation from 2020 to 2023. From 2019 to 2020, they served as the Director of Engineering at AMS America.

Jeffery also has previous experience at Karma Automotive as a Lead Project Engineer from 2016 to 2019 and at HELLA as a Project Manager - Exterior Lighting from 2014 to 2016. Jeffrey started their career at General Motors in 2011 as a Senior Project Engineer - Exterior Lighting and later worked at Philips Lumileds as a Program Manager & Project Engineer - Exterior LED Lighting from 2009 to 2011.

Their earlier experience includes working at Visteon Corporation as a Product Development Engineer - Exterior Lighting from 2006 to 2009, at REHAU as a Senior Project Engineer & Water Management Expert - Body Exterior Systems from 2004 to 2006, and at Chrysler as a Senior Product Engineer - Body Exterior Systems from 1995 to 2004.

Throughout their career, Jeffery has demonstrated expertise in managing international development teams, budgeting, timing, and design issues in the field of exterior lighting.

Jeffrey Zendler completed their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) with a focus on System Design from Lawrence Technological University from 1987 to 1995. Jeffrey then pursued a Masters degree in Engineering, specializing in Manufacturing Systems, at the same institution, graduating between 1999 and 2001.
