Rod Copes

Rod Copes serves as Executive Chairman at Re:Car, LLC and holds board member positions at Blue & Gold Ventures and Volumetric Building Companies, as well as Chairman of the Board at Exro Technologies Inc. Copes previously worked as COO at Rivian and President of Royal Enfield North America. Copes co-owned Heale Manufacturing from 2013 to 2020 and held various leadership roles at Harley-Davidson Motor Company for nearly two decades, culminating in senior vice president positions. Rod Copes earned a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Science in Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
