Rita Killinger has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In 2007, they ventured into entrepreneurship as the owner of Hot Henna, where they successfully managed a team of artists and designers, promoted brand visibility, and collaborated with local businesses. Later, in 2012, Rita joined Santa Maria Community Services as a Bilingual Family Support Specialist, where they increased literacy and optimized cultural competency for over 100 children.
