LaShaune Lilly, SHRM-CP has a background in human resources spanning multiple industries and organizations. From their early role as a Human Resources Associate at Conner Strong & Buckelew to their current position as Director of Human Resources at Rebuilding Together, LaShaune has amassed valuable experience in the field. With a BA in Communications from Temple University and an MS in Organizational Development & Leadership from Saint Joseph's University, LaShaune is well-equipped to handle the challenges of managing human resources in various settings.

Through our national network of affiliates, we work proactively and collaboratively with community leaders, long-term residents, funders and volunteers to foster dialogue, repair the homes of our neighbors in need and create safe, healthy communities across the country.
