About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Operations Director to join our team and play a key role in driving our sales strategy and operational efficiency. The Sales Operations Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of sales operations, including process optimization, sales forecasting, pipeline management, sales analytics, and sales enablement initiatives. They will be a strategic thought partner and work in collaboration with Sales leadership, cross-functional departments, and the Senior Leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales operations leadership roles within the real estate or technology industries, with a strong ability to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales operations strategies to support the achievement of sales targets and business objectives.
  • Optimize sales processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.
  • Manage sales forecasting and pipeline management processes to ensure accurate and timely sales projections.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and product, to align sales operations initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Lead sales analytics initiatives to provide actionable insights and recommendations to sales leadership.
  • Develop and implement sales enablement programs and tools to support sales teams and maximize productivity.
  • Oversee the implementation and administration of sales technology platforms and tools, including CRM systems.
  • Design and evaluate monthly/quarterly/annual metrics and KPIs.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in sales operations and real estate tech.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in sales operations, sales management, or related roles, preferably within the real estate or technology industries.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales operations initiatives that result in revenue growth and operational efficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Superior project management skills with experience executing complex, cross-functional sales initiatives. 
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable sales operations strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
