  • Oversee daily sales activities and performance of Regional based sales agents.
  • Foster and nurture healthy relationships with your sales team through one-on-one coaching and leadership
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the real estate investment market in the assigned region.
  • Conduct productive morning meetings with your team to track the progress of the pipeline and provide expert guidance and support in finding the optimal solutions for properties under contract
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales to execute key sales initiatives and drive constant growth and progress towards meeting our targets by completing all assigned deliverables in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Real Estate License or the agreement that this will be achieved within the first 60 days of employment
  • A passion for real estate with prior experience in the space and/or start ups is a plus.
  • Up to 25% travel, including some evenings and weekends coaching sales reps
