About Rebuilt:
Rebuilt is a Private Equity-backed real estate firm that creates win-win opportunities for property sellers seeking a convenient sale process and real estate investors looking for exclusive, high-return properties. We source a variety of properties including residential, multifamily, commercial, raw land, mixed use, and more. Rebuilt just secured a $65M Series A investment to fuel their expansion. We are looking to continue our geographic growth, increase our presence in established markets, and integrate relevant product offerings such as private lending, title & escrow, and property management. Rebuilt (www.rebuilt.com) is building a truly unique, vertically integrated real estate investment business fueled by unparalleled local market expertise and enabled by advanced technology solutions.
As the head of our field sales leadership, the VP of Sales owns all sales operations and functions throughout Rebuilt’s local markets. Rebuilt’s sales leaders are our energetic player coaches that drive sales excellence across the organization. The VP of Sales is responsible for setting and achieving ambitious sales targets and developing our raw sales talent from onboarding to maturation. Successful candidates should expect extensive travel to our 12+ markets where they can impart their sales expertise and leadership in person to our growing sales organization.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and leading high performing commission sales teams and will possess a strong ability to drive revenue growth through in-person coaching, direction, and leading by example. The VP of Sales drives revenue by working through our Regional Sales Leaders to lead our field sales representatives to success. Two of your most important responsibilities are (1) inspiring our sales representatives to embody Rebuilt’s Core Values and (2) driving a culture of excellence within the sales organization.
