Tushar Pandit

Tushar Pandit has an extensive work experience spanning various leadership roles in human resources and people operations. Tushar is currently serving as the SVP of People & Tech Operations at Rebuilt, where they are responsible for developing and implementing human capital and IT strategies. Previously, Tushar has held positions such as Chief People Officer at Affinitiv Inc, Vice President of People at Bedrock Detroit, and Vice President of Human Resources at CDK Global, LLC. Tushar has also worked at JFive, Inc., Seeker Solutions, Inc., ADP, LLC., Dyadem International, Ltd., and Marketplace Events, LLC. Throughout their career, Tushar has demonstrated expertise in talent management, leadership development, and organizational performance.

Tushar Pandit obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from Ivey Business School at Western University, specializing in business administration, from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended Humber College from 1998 to 2000, where they studied Human Resources Management. In addition to their formal education, Tushar Pandit has obtained several certifications throughout their career. These include the Certified Executive Coach (CEC) from the Center for Executive Coaching, obtained in May 2023, the Certified Collective Leadership Assessment (CLA) and the Certified Leadership Circle Profile (LCP) from The Leadership Circle, both obtained in September 2019. Tushar also holds the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM, obtained in January 2015, the Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) certification from HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association, obtained in February 2014, and the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) certification, also from HRPA, obtained in June 2003. Lastly, they obtained the Global Professional Human Resources (GPHR) certification from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in December 2010.
