THE PEOPLE OPS DEPARTMENT is a small, but mighty team who focuses on the employee experience. We play a pivotal role in strategizing, building and scaling the Rebuy employee journey with our holistic people approach. Organizational structure, employee engagement, talent acquisition, career development, recognition, system modernization and employee compliance and benefits all are within our purview. 

ABOUT THIS ROLE 

A DAY IN THE LIFE of a People Ops admin involves being the wizard behind the curtain. Every day you’ll be involved in the day-to-day operations of our HR administration processes. From maintaining and optimizing our HRIS and paperwork, assisting with employee journey processes, becoming an expert on benefits administration and payroll ops, along with execution of culture initiatives, no day will look the same. Your organized and logistical skills will make you the best wizard as you work with the People Ops Partner and team. 

RESPONSIBILITIES will change and scale, but you can expect to master these things: 

  • Employee data management in our HRIS, benefits platforms, knowledge library and other employee resources

  • Conduct audits of HR processes and data to ensure accuracy and compliance

  • Assist with internal culture, development and engagement along with other People Ops projects and processes

  • Answer employee questions regarding payroll, benefits, and other People Ops topics

  • Assist the team on employee onboarding and offboarding

  • Develop regular reporting to promote employee engagement

  • Collaborate with the People and Security team in building out new compliance processes and procedures

  • Handle mail, paperwork and other HR related mail and emails that come our way

  • Absolutely KILL IT every single day and want to continue growing within the People Ops realm
