Tonia Powers

Tonia Powers serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer and Executive Director of Human Resources at Recall Masters, Inc. since October 2022. Prior to this role, Tonia held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at VIGILANT TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS from January 2017 to June 2022, where responsibilities included directing people functions in line with organizational policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements, alongside strategic human resource planning. Tonia also served as Vice President of Human Resources at OneCommand from September 2001 to January 2017, with similar responsibilities focused on talent acquisition and industry trends. Earlier in Tonia's career, positions included Operation S/R Manager at Consulting Representative Company and Regional Sales and Services Director at MCI Retail.
