Nathalia Viegas

Nathalia Viegas is an experienced UX professional currently serving as VP of UX at RecargaPay since October 2025. Prior to this role, Nathalia held the position of Head of UX at Naranja X from November 2023 to October 2025, and was a Sr. UX Manager for Growth & Onboarding at PedidosYa from June 2021 to November 2023. Nathalia's earlier experience includes Head of UX Research at Santander Tecnología Argentina and various roles at Despegar from September 2010 to May 2020, where responsibilities ranged from leading UX teams to conducting in-depth user research. Nathalia holds a degree in Comunicación Social from FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado and additional education from Universidad de Palermo in 2015.
