Sunita Kumar

Sunita Kumar has extensive experience in lean development and enterprise management, currently serving as Team Lead Sales Office and Strategic Project Manager to the Executive Board at RECARO Aircraft Seating since July 2019. In this role, Sunita Kumar focuses on improving efficiency through lean principles, supports project implementation, facilitates corporate best practice sharing, and provides training across all functions. Prior experience includes working as Purchasing Process Manager at Continental, where Sunita Kumar was responsible for consulting and training, process documentation, global communication of procurement processes, and lean improvements, as well as roles in project controlling and internship positions at Continental and Sparkasse Hannover. Sunita Kumar holds a Diplom Ökonom degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from Leibniz Universität Hannover.
