Susanne Schwarz has extensive experience in the aviation and automotive industries, currently serving as Team Leader Purchasing at RECARO Aircraft Seating since July 2008, where shared leadership is emphasized. Previous roles at RECARO include Team Leader Qualification Testing, Team Leader Electrical Systems – B/CL, Module Engineer Liaison, Modul Design Engineer - Liaison, and Manager Functional System Testing. Prior to RECARO, Susanne worked at TRW Automotive from 2003 to 2008 as a Messtechniker Crashsimulation, highlighting a strong background in engineering and testing.
