Jeff Figlan

Jeff Figlan has worked in various roles in the automotive industry since 2010. In 2010, they began as a Purchasing Intern at Faurecia Interior Systems. In 2012, they worked as a Junior Buyer at TRW and as a Buyer at Faurecia Automotive Seating. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at Ford Motor Company as a Stampings Commodity Buyer and Global Vendor Tooling Buyer. In 2017, they began as a Program Manager at Martinrea International. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Real Estate Agent at Real Estate One and as a Senior Commodity Buyer and Global Sourcing Senior Strategist at Plastic Omnium. Currently, they are a Finance Accounting Manager and Senior Buyer at RECARO Automotive.

Jeff Figlan has a diverse educational background. Jeff received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management Information Systems, General from the University of Michigan-Dearborn in 2016. From 2009 to 2012, they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Finance from Oakland University. Jeff also holds two Associate's degrees from Macomb Community College, one in Firefighter/Paramedic and one in General Studies, which they obtained between 2005 and 2008. Additionally, Figlan has obtained several certifications, including Exemplar Global-AU and Exemplar Global-QM from Omnex Inc in May 2022, and Second Party Auditor Training from Omnex Inc in May 2022.
