Mika Laikko

Mika Laikko has been in the software engineering and development field since 2011. In that year, they began working as a Ramp Officer at Airpro Oy. In 2012, they started working as a Software Developer at Tietotekniikan TKI-osuuskunta Verstas, while also continuing their Ramp Officer role at Airpro Oy. In 2014, they began working as a Software Developer at Numeron Oy. In 2017, they started working as a Scrum Master and Software Developer at 3stepIT. Most recently, in 2022, they began working as a Senior Software Engineering Manager at Recast Software.

Mika Laikko obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Computer Software Engineering from the Tampere University of Applied Sciences between 2009 and 2014. In 2020, Mika Laikko became a Certified ScrumMaster\u00ae (CSM\u00ae) from the Scrum Alliance. In 2021, Mika Laikko obtained an Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) from the Scrum Alliance.
