Katie Ackerly

Katie Ackerly is a highly experienced operations leader currently serving as Director of Operations at Rech Law, P.C., where responsibilities include overseeing firm expansion, managing a team of fifteen employees, and enhancing office efficiency through the implementation of training manuals and streamlined processes. Prior experience includes roles as a Triage Consultant at Pearl Interactive Network Inc., where clinical assessments and resource navigation were key functions, and various positions at Rech Law, P.C., where Katie developed administrative processes and supervised billing practices. Ackerly holds a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of South Carolina, a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Clemson University, and is pursuing an Executive MBA from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
