Bayu Ajianto has a strong background in business development and sales. Bayu worked at ReCharge Indonesia as a Site Acquisition & Account Manager Lead, where they researched and met with prospective clients, built long-term relationships with new and existing clients, and managed all client needs. Prior to that, they were at OING Pte Ltd as a Partnerships and B2B Acquisition Manager, where they effectively communicated with partners, motivated the partnership team, and proposed partnerships with potential clients. Bayu also served as an Assistant Manager for Store Development Planning at PT. Matahari Putra Prima, TbK, where they monitored store projects, supported store equipment needs, negotiated with developers, and searched for warehouse locations. Additionally, they worked as a Leasing Executive at Provident Development Group, where they found new leads for mall tenants, leased commercial properties to tenants, and negotiated terms and conditions.

Bayu Ajianto attended Universitas Pancasila from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in the field of Law.
