Laura Graves

Laura Graves has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Laura currently holds the position of Director of Partner Growth and Experience at Recharge, where they are responsible for developing strategies to increase lead generation through partner relationships. Previously, they worked as a Member at Chief and held multiple positions at Devbridge, including Senior Managing Director, Managing Director, and Senior Product Manager. In these roles, they contributed to revenue generation, collaborated with stakeholders, and defined product roadmaps. Laura also served as a Senior Product Manager and Senior Project Manager at Backstop Solutions Group, where they focused on feature development, customer onboarding, and retention. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Manager and Global Client Account Manager at Celergo LLC. Laura began their career as a Public School Teacher at Ministerio de Educación, España.

Laura Graves attended Northwestern University from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science & Economics. In addition to their degree, Laura has obtained several certifications throughout their career, including the Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals certification in 2021 and the Situational Leadership II (SLII) certification from The Ken Blanchard Companies in 2020. Laura also holds certifications in Scrum and Agile methodologies, as well as a certification in English-Spanish Translation from UNED.
