Kelli Mason

Kelli Mason has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kelli currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Recidiviz since June 2023. Prior to that, they co-founded JobSage in April 2021, an employee opinion platform promoting transparency and belonging in the workplace. Kelli also worked as the Head of People Operations at Skylight from January to June 2023. Before that, they held the position of Partner and VP of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Notley from 2019 to 2022. Kelli has also held leadership roles as the VP of People at Yonder from August 2018 to November 2019 and the Head of People / Head of Diversity and Inclusion at FabFitFun from September 2016 to August 2018. Additionally, they co-founded Paradigm Strategy Inc. in April 2014 and worked as an Employee Benefits & Compensation Attorney at Fenwick & West from December 2013 to October 2014.
