Rosy Perez

Rosy Perez began their work experience in 2011 as an Impact Team Member at Hollister Co., where they prepped clothes for display, assisted customers, and provided insight on store events and sales. In 2012, they worked as a Sales Associate at EXPRESS, where they processed shipments, restocked merchandise, and educated customers on specific products.

In 2014, Rosy worked as a Teller at Capital One for a year before transitioning to a role as a Data Administrator and Project Manager for sidewalk cafes at the New York City Council from 2015 to 2018.

In 2018, Rosy joined Capalino as a Compliance and Real Estate Associate, responsible for contract management, data management, and compliance with lobbying laws. Rosy also volunteered at marketing events and collaborated with senior leadership on real estate projects.

From 2014 to 2022, they worked as an Operations Consultant at GrantAnswers.

Most recently, they joined Recidiviz in 2022 as part of the People Operations team.

Rosy Perez completed their Master's degree in Public Administration at Baruch College from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics at City University of New York-Herbert H. Lehman College from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Rosy also obtained a certification as a Notary Public from the New York State Department of State in July 2019.
