Charlene Rheault has extensive experience in training and management within the restaurant industry. Currently serving as Training Manager at Recipe Unlimited Corporation for East Side Mario’s since April 2019, Charlene previously held the position of Senior Training Manager at Shoeless Joe's Limited from November 2012 to April 2019. Earlier in their career, Charlene was the General Manager at Cara Operations from July 1992 to July 2010. Charlene is an alumna of Glendon Campus of York University.
