John Humphreys has over 30 years of experience in the culinary industry. John is currently serving as the Operations Director for Kelseys at Recipe Unlimited Corporation. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Director of Culinary Innovation at the same company, where they played a key role in shaping the culinary journey for 19 Canadian restaurant brands. John has also worked as a Corporate Brands Chef at the Social Division of Recipe Unlimited Corporation. Before joining Recipe Unlimited, they worked as an Independent Culinary Development & Operations Consultant, offering their expertise in various areas such as recipe development, training documentation, and facility design. John has also held executive positions at Calgary Coop and Moxie's Classic Grill. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Director of Foodservice for The City of Calgary and as the Corporate Executive Chef for Debaji's Fresh Markets. John started their culinary career as a Culinary Apprentice at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise. John has a strong background in operations, menu development, and concept design.

John Humphreys obtained a Journeyman / Red Seal degree from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) from 1991 to 1993. John also pursued Business Administration and Management, General at St. Lawrence College, although the exact years of their education at this institution are not specified.
