George Chase has extensive work experience in quality assurance and management roles. George started their career as an Editorial Assistant at The Chronicle of Higher Education in 1997 and worked there until 2000. From 2000 to 2002, they served as a Copy Editor at Wine Spectator.

In 2002, George joined Pfizer Pharmaceuticals as a Senior Documentation Associate, where they were responsible for authoring and editing standard operating procedures. George was later promoted to Manager, Process Documentation, before leaving the company in 2007.

George then joined Stiefel, a GSK Company, as a Validation Business Analyst in the R&D IT department. George worked there from 2008 to 2010. In 2010, they joined GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) as a Validation Business Analyst in the R&D IT department.

George managed operations and validation activities for the QA team and quickly became the validation expert for the site. In 2018, they were promoted to the role of Director of Quality, where they head multiple teams and is responsible for making quality decisions for the company.

Throughout their career, George has demonstrated a strong focus on quality and efficiency in clinical-phase product testing, release officers' management, and validation activities.

George Chase attended the University of Mary Washington from 1989 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor's degree. The field of study is not specified.
