Marinke Winters

Marinke Winters has worked in various HR roles throughout their career. Marinke was the Head of People & Culture at Clear Channel Nederland starting in 2016. Prior to that, they were an HR Professional at different organizations in Leiden from 2015 to 2016. Marinke also served as an HR Manager a.i. at Bacardi Martini BV from 2014 to 2015, where they implemented HR projects and managed recruitment activities. In 2014, they worked as a Manager HR a.i. at Stichting Peuteropvang Leiden, where they coordinated HR changes and digitized HR files. Earlier in their career, they held positions such as Senior HR Advisor at Heineken Group from 2008 to 2014, Account Manager/HR Consultant at PeopleWare ICT Solutions from 2007 to 2008, HR Consultant at Stichting Philadelphia Zorg from 2003 to 2007, Recruiter/HR at Compuware from 1998 to 2004, and Recruiter at Syntegra (British Telecom) from 1992 to 1998.

Marinke Winters attended ICM opleidingen & trainingen from 2018 to 2019, where they studied coaching. Marinke also completed their HAVO education, focusing on subjects such as Nederlands, Engels, Frans, Duits, Wiskunde, and Aardrijkskunde. Additionally, Marinke pursued a degree in HBO Personeel & Arbeid, and later completed a Post HBO in Human Resource Management.
