Taylor R. has been serving as a Human Resources Generalist at RECO Equipment, Inc. since March 2022, after previously holding the role of Human Resources Assistant. Prior to this, Taylor R. worked as an Employee Training Coordinator at Cracker Barrel from July 2021 to March 2022, where responsibilities included coordinating the training of newly hired employees, conducting new employee orientations, and managing the development of the Skill Trainer team.
