Thalesh Ranganathan has over 15 years of experience in hardware design and engineering roles. thalesh currently holds a Senior Hardware Design Engineer position at Recogni. Prior to this, they worked at ADLINK Technology as a Senior Engineer and was responsible for the design and development of systems based on Intel Kaby Lake-R, Sky Lake, and Apollo Lake processors. thalesh also worked at Violin Memory as a Principal Hardware Engineer and was responsible for the design and development of PCIe3.0 based memory control board using Altera Arria 10 FPGA for 7XXX Flash storage platform. Thalesh held Computer Hardware Engineer and Project Manager positions at Mindteck and Mindteck India Limited, respectively, where they were involved in the design and development of IoT-based modules and global destination dispatch kiosks. thalesh also worked at Wipro Technologies as a Technical Lead where they led a team of hardware engineers to design and develop the Intel Xeon Processor-based Dual-socket server blade. At ProcSys-Processor Systems as a Senior Engineer, they were involved in the design and development of Intel Core2Duo-based system control card and PCIe2.0 based AMD Graphics card for Ultrasound system. thalesh began their career as a Design Engineer at Novatium Solutions (P) Ltd and worked as a Project Associate at IIT Madras.

Thalesh Ranganathan holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, which was obtained from Jayaram College of Engineering & Technology, Bharathidasan University, Trichy, India, between 1998 and 2002. Later, between 2017 and 2020, they earned a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from San Jose State University.
