Francisco D'Souza

Francisco D'Souza is a Managing Partner and Co-Founder at Recognize since June 2019. Prior to this role, Francisco was involved with Cognizant from January 1995 to March 2020, holding various positions including Vice Chairman of the Board and CEO. Francisco also worked as a Management associate at Dun & Bradstreet from 1992 to 1994. He holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Macau. Additionally, Francisco completed his Middle School education at St. Columbas and attended Xavier High School.
