Soumya Ranjan Dash is currently the Operating Principal at RECOGNIZE since April 2023. Prior to this role, Soumya served as the General Manager and Global Delivery Head - Insurance, Digital Operations and Platforms at Wipro Limited from January 2021 to March 2023. With a strong background in financial services and insurance, Soumya has held various leadership positions at companies such as Cognizant and EY. Soumya's expertise lies in driving innovation, delivering operations, and leading business consulting teams across multiple regions. Soumya has completed an MBA in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and a BE in Chemical Engineering from Indira Gandhi Institute of Technology (IGIT).
