Víctor González Pacheco is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data science, academia, and entrepreneurship. Currently a cofounder of Fitizens, Víctor focuses on promoting physical activity and fostering community engagement. As an advisory board member at RecoMind and an adjunct professor at Instituto de Empresa, Víctor advises on business strategy and teaches on transforming companies into AI-driven organizations. Previously, in leadership roles at Telefónica and Synergic Partners, Víctor built global data science teams and developed innovative solutions, significantly enhancing operational efficiency.
