Phil P. has extensive experience in the utility and safety sectors, currently serving as a Gas Leak Surveyor and Gas Leak Investigator at Reconn Utility Services since May 2017. In addition, Phil has worked as a Health and Safety Professional at Premier, A Willbros Company, while also being a Smith System Driving Instructor. Previously, Phil held the position of Mechanic "A" in the Gas Construction Emergency Response Force at Con Edison from February 1987 to November 2012. Phil's educational background includes training from the OSHA Academy.
