Sean Spreer

Sean Spreer has over 15 years of experience in the utility industry, specializing in Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE). Currently serving as Regional Manager and Operations Manager at Reconn Utility Services since May 2016, Sean oversees project management operations in Colorado. Prior experience includes a role as Project Manager at USIC from October 2013 to May 2016, as well as working in various capacities at Safesite Utility Field Services and Lowe's Companies, Inc., where Sean gained expertise in locating, vacuum excavation, administration, traffic control, and business development.
