Kevin Nadro

Kevin Nadro has worked in the software engineering field since 2015. In 2015, they co-taught a summer course at Geneva Community High School, instructing middle school and high school students in an introduction to programming class using C++. In 2016, they completed an internship as a Software Engineer at DAQRI. Since 2017, they have been employed as a Senior Software Engineer and Full Stack Developer at Reconstruct Inc. In this role, they have developed a web application for construction sites and infrastructure, created a company-wide component library in Vue.js, developed a 2D and indoor solution for construction sites without BIM, configured and optimized Webpack version 4, designed and implemented a pipeline for uploading and processing construction drawings, and developed a file storage application for users to upload and manage images, videos, and construction related files. Kevin has also implemented APIs for CRUD in Node.js and Express.js and optimized page loading and rendering for better user experience. Additionally, they have implemented backend services using AWS cloud platform.

Kevin Nadro attended Waubonsee Community College from 2012 to 2014, and then went on to receive a BS in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2014 to 2017.
