Ryan R. Donovan is an experienced project manager and R&D engineer with a focus on medical device development and hypertension treatment. Currently employed at ReCor Medical since May 2017, Ryan leads projects to innovate solutions in hypertension. Prior roles include project management at Eargo, where efforts aimed to enhance hearing experiences, and engineering management at Boston Scientific, overseeing R&D teams and multiple projects involving product improvements and technology transfers. Ryan's expertise also encompasses significant contributions at Cordis and Conor Medsystems, specializing in product development, cost improvement, and innovative stent technologies. An education in mechanical engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology provided a strong foundation for Ryan's career in the medical device industry.

The PARADISE® technology (Percutaneous Renal Denervation System) includes a 6 French catheter with a cylindrical transducer that emits ultrasound energy circumferentially, allowing for a moreefficient renal denervation procedure.
