Udo Scheiner

Udo Scheiner's work experience begins in 1998 at Guidant Corp, where they served as the European Marketing Manager for New Technologies. Udo then transitioned to various roles within the company, including Marketing Manager for Vascular Intervention in Germany and General Manager for Switzerland and the Czech Republic.

In 2006, Scheiner moved to Boston Scientific, where they held the positions of General Manager/Vice President in Germany and later Regional Vice President and General Manager for Asia Pacific.

From 2012 to 2016, Scheiner worked for Abbott as the Divisional Vice President for EMEA in Abbott Vascular.

Udo then joined Spectranetics in 2016 as the Senior Vice President of Commercial Operations. Royal Philips acquired the company the following year.

Scheiner became the CEO of New Valve Technology (NVT) in 2017, where they focused on developing and commercializing innovative trans-catheter heart valve technologies.

In 2020, Scheiner explored new business opportunities as a Health Care Executive, leading up to their current role as the President EMEA at ReCor Medical since 2022.

Udo Scheiner obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and Business from the University of Applied Sciences, Wuerzburg-Schweinfurt. Additionally, they received a certification from the Startup Board Academy at ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences in May 2017.
