Erica Hannah has a diverse range of work experience in the field of exercise physiology. In 2015, they worked as an Exercise Physiologist at ProgressiveHealth, where they focused on injury prevention and recovery for industrial athletes/technicians at Nissan. Erica provided modalities for overuse injuries and developed stretches and exercises for recovery.

From 2016 to 2021, Erica worked at University Health as a Manager and Lead Exercise Physiologist for the Cardiac Rehabilitation Program. Erica co-managed the program and created an education program on risk factor modification related to cardiovascular diseases.
