Monique Doughty has a diverse work experience spanning from 2012 to the present. Monique is currently working as an Associate Product Manager at Record360 since February 2023. Prior to this, they were a Business Owner/Entrepreneur at R&T Creative Holdings & Investments, LLC, starting in July 2020.

Monique Doughty, M.S. HRD, completed their Master of Science degree in Human Resources Development at the University of Texas at Tyler from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Houston, majoring in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Sales and Marketing Management, and Tourism from 2009 to 2012.

In addition to their degrees, Monique Doughty also holds a certification in Employee Occupational Safety and Health, which they obtained from OSHAcademy Safety and Health Training in June 2017.
